Phenom engages select third-party companies (“sub-processors”) to process personal data on behalf of its customers, following their instructions and under the terms of a written agreement. These sub-processors support the delivery of Phenom’s services in alignment with applicable data protection laws.

All sub-processors are contractually required to implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. When data is transferred across borders, Phenom conducts Transfer Impact Assessments to ensure compliance. A current list of sub-processors and locations is maintained below, and customers may subscribe for change notifications.
